Type Lift Terms of Service

Welcome to Type Lift! This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the Type Lift development team regarding your use of the Type Lift application services. Please read this agreement carefully as your use constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Type Lift app, you confirm that:

  • May not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app
  • May not copy, distribute, or create derivative works
  • May not bypass any technical protection measures

4. User Responsibilities

As a Type Lift user, you must:

  • User interface and user experience design
  • Related technical patents and algorithms

7. Service Changes and Termination

8. Disclaimer

Type Lift is provided "as is" and we are not responsible for:

  • App interruptions, errors, or data loss
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Third-party service availability

  • Any direct or indirect losses from using the app

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any damages you suffer from using Type Lift shall not exceed the fees you paid for the app. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
